Today is Fat Tuesday, the last day of eating fatty foods before Lent starts. Today was the first time I had heard it referred to as Paczkis Day and I had to go in search to find out what a Paczkis is. Turns out, it’s a doughnut. Traditionally filled with prunes but now filled with all kinds of different goodies.
