This is a family favorite.  It is really quick and easy to make and also light.  A great meal for a Summer evening and in the Winter.

2 cans water packed Tuna

Mayonaise

Any extras you like, diced onion, relish, boiled egg, etc.

Sliced cheese

Mix Tuna and Mayonaise to your liking.  Add any extras you like.   Lay six slices of bread on a cookie sheet and top each with a portion of the tuna.   Top with whatever cheese you like.  We have used Cheddar, American, Velveeta and Swiss.  We like them all. 

Broil for just a few minutes until bubbly and toasty!
